Welcome to The Summer House Inn

 

The Summer House Inn is a typical turn-of-the century Chautauqua Inn located in the Chautauqua, NY. It is a comfortable accomodation with quaint rooms, each room having a private bath with shower. You can meet and converse with other guests in the dining area where facilities are available to prepare your own meals and snacks.There are pleasent porches on both the front and back of the Inn to view people walking by or for a relaxing moment reading your favorite book. The Inn has been updated with new wiring, sprinkler system, complete fire and smoke alarm system, and emergency lighting in the halls.

 

The Summer House Inn is conveniently located at the top of the hill, just off the red brick walk, between the Amphitheater and the Hall of Philosophy.  It is just up the hill from Chautauqua Lake and the public beach.
